The 1761 Almanach Royal with an interesting armorial binding and handsome dutch gilt endpapers. I searched through the Nouvel Armorial du Bibliophile and didn't find the monogram armorial listed.
The Almanach's were exactly that. They start with a calendar, followed by a diverse selection of information like what hospitals are operating, who the notaries are, who is in Parliament, who the secretaries to the King are, etc.. I would equate it to a modern phone book.
Interesting thing I haven't seen in other years, page 419/20 is mounted on a stub, obviously a cancel leaf (makes me wonder what was wrong with the first printed attempt).
Finding who the armorial on the binding represents can feel quite rewarding; here's a research opportunity.
