Measures approx. 15.5 x 9 x 5.5 cm. Black leather binding. Boards with an outer gilt frame, and an inner with corner florets; florets surround a central diamond. Spine with a repeating gilt stamp, faded. All edges faded gilt. Title page with an inhabited frame to the Biblia. Decorative frame to the Psalmes title page.

Condition -
See pictures. Binding worn, with one clasp missing, cracks along joint, edge and corner wear, top of spine chipped, and a few a small worm holes; gilt a little faded. Separation at gutter between text block and binder endpapers. Text block toned throughout, with occasional fox spots, thumbing, dog-eared/chipped corner, page edge tear, candle ember mark, etc. Page 125 with a 3" tear from fore-edge.
