Physical Attributes -
Measures 22 x 15.5 x 4 cm. Moroccan leather with five raised cords on the spine. Spine compartments with gilt decorations, and the title, year and author in gilt. Boards are ruled in gilt. Pages - (2) 8 leaves, 486 pages, 1 leaf of advertisement, (2).
Condition -
See pictures. Joints are cracked. Slight ghost of book on front board. Sunning to spine, spine ribs have some rubbing and a chip (bottom cord). Front board bottom corner worn through and paste board splayed. Book seller note on back of flyleaf. No other writing. No tears. Despite any condition issues, a handsome book that looks great on the shelf and feels soft and subtle in your hands.
